The How-to-Get-Over-Someone Clense
1) be aware of whenever your thoughts start to become about them.
2) no facebook stalking!!!
3) get rid of anything tangible about or from that person (i.e texts, emails)
4) wallow, allow yourself to be sad for a few days. no more than a week.
5) focus your sad energy and turn it into something good. pick up something new or do something you’ve always wanted to do. use the hurt as a fuel to better something else.
6) keep in mind that you will eventually recuperate from this. you are young &beautiful. there are so many people you have yet to meet.
It was then, after I stopped liking him, that I realized that he wasn’t one of those ‘god what did I see in him’ guys. He was one of those, “give yourself a pat on the back guys” because he was really, truly worth liking.
So, I looked for this guy all over school, walked by his locker a bunch, peeked around the entire campus …I call it—
le casual stalk.
A Blonde Joke-
Three blondes are in an elevator when the elevator suddenly stops and the lights go out. They try using their cellphones to call for help, but have no luck. They begin to think about ways to get help.
After a few hours of being stuck together with no help in sight, one blonde says to another “I think the best way to call for help is by yelling together.”
The others agree with the first, so they inhale deeply and begin to yell loudly “Together, together, together.”

It’s Nice to Be Nice.
Nobody deserves that treatment: being laughed at, made jokes about, insulted, cyberbullied, taunted, ignored, given cruel names, whispered about or critcized on race or what they believe in. Thats not cool, its just heartless. Its low. Its reckless action like those that we loose people- that make people want to not go to school, mistreat others, even end their life. But…i mean we shouldn’t just automatically assume that those people- who decide to treat others unfairly are bad. It’s just a shame that bullies dont think through what their doing first, that maybe it could leave the victim angry or sad, possibley leave to a death or cutting or emotional depression.Although their actions are horrible maybe their’s something making them be that way.
Just open a door for somebody once, drop a compliment on them maybe not on what they wear but who they are, ask them how they are and mean it, talk with them. Make them feel good about themself.
Anyway, this post may seem a little over the top but… I decided to make this post due to the fact that somebody I know extreamly well almost took their life. I’m just glad that they knew in the very, very end not to and just to keep going. Spread the word? Reblog! Even though this isn’t as vibrant or as fun as the other post on tumblr…anywho:
